**Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor - KSA**
**The Role of Regional Talent Acquisition Supervisor**:
- Lead the onboarding team and provide support and advice to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.- Experience in leveraging internal/external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multi-media advertising, social media, job fairs, university fairs, networking, community involvement/partnerships, and third-party assistance.
- A proven track record of building appropriate and meaningful relationships with universities and colleges.- Strong partnership and relationship-building skills with business and HR leadership, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team to determine business staffing needs.**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Creating, sending, and updating offer letters.-
- Handling recruitment activities not only for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts but for any new possible openings in the region.- Leveraging employer branding and proactively looking for innovative and new industry best practices around recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing to ensure we are hiring top talent.
- Using internal communication streams to promote careers and employee movements.
- Coordinating orientation sessions and training programs for new employees.
- Providing support to new hires during their initial period to ensure they have the resources and information needed to succeed.
- Developing and distributing onboarding materials such as welcome kits, employee handbooks, and training schedules.
- Facilitating introductions between new hires and their teams, as well as key stakeholders within the organization.
- Organizing and conducting onboarding check-ins at regular intervals (e.g., 30, 60, 90 days) to address any concerns and gather feedback.
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance documents are completed and filed appropriately.
- Collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access to systems.

- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
