**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data management solutions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor data-related projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements.
- **Data Strategy & Governance**:

- Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- **Technical Oversight**:

- Supervise the development of scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architectures.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate data solutions into business operations.
- Leverage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to design and optimize data platforms.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master is preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data management, including leading teams and delivering complex projects.
- Proven expertise in managing teams consisting of data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
- **Certifications**:

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certified Architect Associate or similar OCI certifications.
- Additional certifications in data analytics, project management, or cloud platforms are a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in data management tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience in machine learning or AI-based data solutions.
- Experience in migrating legacy systems to modern cloud-based infrastructures.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
