**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support project and corporate objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and working capital requirements to ensure optimal financial health.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee project cost controls, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting of costs related to real estate developments.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across departments.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations, tax laws, Tadawul and IFRS.
- Proven track record in financial planning, cost control, and project accounting for large-scale real estate developments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ﷼25,000.00 - ﷼35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- real estate: 6 years (required)
- accounting and corporate finance: 6 years (required)
- financial reporting, financial modeling: 6 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic? (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA/CMA/ACCA/CAA (preferred)
