**JOB OBJECTIVE**

Finance KSA is looking for self-motivated Business Controller. Eager to support the business and able to deliver on time quality reporting.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The PRS Business Controller with support the PRS Business.

This includes:
Act as the “Project Controller” of the projects and provide financial leadership to the project team. To represent Finance within the PMO organization and support Project Management for economical, finance and administrative tasks.

Maintaining in SAP projects (creation to closure) in line with company policies.

Monthly review of the cost to complete (ETC).

Drive the monthly business closing (sales, accrual, variance analysis..)

Actively participate to the Projects reviews (reforecast, EAC, risk analysis..)

Project Cash monitoring and liaise with customer for cash collection.

Supports and provides timely project billing

MYB construction

Prepare the BOR/Monthly reviews

Supports with various internal and external audits as required

Support Reporting Manager in the monthly Project Control Group processes - Timesheet Admin, monthly programmatic consolidation of all projects, financial analysis

Perform full charge accounting function for project

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in similar positions
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Business Understanding and prefer complex multi-unit industrial projects
- Knowledge / experience with SAP
- A great team player

**QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting / Audit or corporate Finance (mandatory)
- Master degree in Accounting / Audit or corporate Finance (preferred)

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Ethics Awareness
- Inter-relational & Organizational skills (Data & Time reliability)
- Prior experience managing budgets, conducting in-depth financial analysis and submitting recommendations for consideration
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), including Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Must speak, read and write English and Arabic fluently
