Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering a new wave of entertainment and leisure experiences in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager - District Cooling to lead our state-of-the-art cooling initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, design, and implementation of district cooling systems that are sustainable, efficient, and aligned with Qiddiya's vision of creating an exceptional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and execution of district cooling plans, ensuring integration with overall project design and operational requirements.
- Manage the design and procurement processes for district cooling systems, ensuring they meet performance criteria and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and delivery of cooling systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and energy assessments to optimize cooling solutions and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and assess the performance of installed systems, making adjustments and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability practices and energy efficiency regulations throughout project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, utility companies, and engineering firms.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress and findings to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in district cooling, HVAC systems, or related infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale cooling projects from conception through to implementation.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency standards, codes, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
