**A little taste of your day-to-day**:
No two days are the same, but you’ll mostly be:
Leading the full scope of HR functions - from recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to employee relations, compensation, and compliance
Acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and senior leadership on all people-related matters
Championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture
Ensuring policies and procedures align with legal standards and company values
Managing performance and development plans to support both individual and organizational growth
Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all areas of the hotel
Overseeing payroll, benefits, and HR administration in partnership with relevant teams
**What we need from you**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR leadership, ideally within hospitality or a similarly fast-paced, people-centric industry
Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Passion for people, with a hands-on and collaborative approach
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
