Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Digital Delivery Manager **to join our team In this role you will **establish and implementation of Digital Design standards, processes and procedures (including BIM, CAD and GIS) and help standardize VDC/BIM workflows across Parsons Program delivery sectors and projects as well as organizing and communicating BIM technical information from the Parsons MEA Digital Engineering Office and Qiddiya to support the Project teams.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Drive development and adoption of program-wide standards and procedures and develop collaborative project workflows and processes with other Project Delivery Partners and Digital Delivery resources.
- Advise on the evaluation / prioritization of user development and enhancement requests and direct the improvement of integration and interoperability of digital engineering and VDC systems.
- Utilize expertise in BIM GIS and digital twin technology to develop and implement effective digital strategies, methodologies, and systems for project delivery.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, delivery partners, Lead Design Consultants (LDCs), architects, engineers and contractors, to define program-wide and project specific requirements and establish digital delivery plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to digital delivery, BIM, and digital twin implementation.
- Educate, mentor, and delegate Digital Delivery staff in the project to fulfill project requirements and provide training and mentorship for career advancement to junior team members and other project team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and guide Parsons and Contractors Project Teams to implement Qiddiya Digital Delivery Requirements and how to comply with internal and external requirements and expectations in addition to conducting regular project progress reviews, identify risks and issues related to Digital Delivery, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide progress and performance updates on fortnightly and monthly basis e.g. Clients and Leads etc.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years’ of overall professional experience in Design or Construction from a design discipline background with at least 5 years’ experience in digital delivery management and BIM Implementation on complex infrastructure and mixed-use urban projects.
- Current or past experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in digital delivery management, with a focus on BIM, Common Data Environment (CDE), GIS implementation, digital twin utilization, and coordination.
