**Kinetic** is working with a leading **Chemical** company who are hiring an **HR Support Specialist** to be based in **Dammam**.**

**The main responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Performing a variety of HR, personnel, and office administrative tasks.
- Managing internal communication toward employees.
- Providing support for employee administration and processing issues.
- Ensuring all employee records and documents are maintained and updated.
- Assisting in payroll operations by maintaining and recording employee attendance.
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information.
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants, and performing reference checks.
- Assisting in the development and management of HR policies and programs.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
- Providing support in managing all HR procedures.
- Support PRO when required.
- Keeping informed of KSA Labour law.

**To be successful you will need to meet the following**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in business administration.**:

- **1 - 2 years experience in a similar role.**:

- Good knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
- Good MS Office Skills.
