**Responsibilities**
- Develop strong and sustainable relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and prompt responses to client needs and inquiries.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess their satisfaction levels regarding the products or services provided.
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and expand the client base.
- Identify potential companies and gather information about their needs and requirements.
- Develop action plans to target new clients and increase sales volume.
- Customize sales proposals based on the specific needs of each client.
- Present professional proposals that clearly and attractively showcase the features and benefits of products or services.
- Ensure that proposals meet client needs and provide maximum value to them.
- Lead negotiations with clients regarding pricing, contract terms, and services.
- Prepare and draft contracts to safeguard the company’s interests while meeting client requirements.
- Close deals in a way that achieves the specified profit and sales objectives.
- Work to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in terms of volume and revenue.
- Provide detailed periodic reports on sales performance to senior management and identify obstacles and challenges faced by the team.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure continuity of business relationships and provide support and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze their sales strategies, proposing innovative strategies to outperform competitors in the market.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales or business-to-business (**MODERN TRADE**) sales.
- Experience dealing with major corporate clients and conducting business negotiations.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close large deals.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals within specified timelines.
- Flexibility in dealing with market changes.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
