Associate - Procurement

As the Associate - Purchasing, you will assist in the purchase of materials and supplies and ensure that the Supply Chain needs of Kitopi are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, participate in Contract Negotiations and manage inventory. You will be responsible for reviewing costs, develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, offer suggestions for where and how much material and supplies to buy.

**What You'll Do**:

- Evaluate and buy raw materials, products, and services while creating strategies to cut costs and meet company objectives.
- Draw up a plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies maintaining the quality and consistency of Kitopi.
- Manage contracts with company’s vendors to ensure best prices, negotiate supplier agreements and contracts.
- Supervise the entire budget estimation and sourcing operations and assist in regional sourcing and data analysis.
- Maintain excellent communication with all the business stakeholders.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Commerce.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain or stock management within the F&B, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrable record in sourcing and vendor management with food suppliers.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
- Experience in executing business specific contracts and agreements.
- Familiarity with purchasing fundamentals and ERP systems.
- Evidence of quality communication when working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage expectations against rapid growth deadlines.

**Recruitment Process and Timeline**

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
