**Senior Innovation Consultant at HUED**:
Are you ready to unleash your creativity and drive innovation to new heights? HUED is seeking a passionate **Innovation Consultant** to join our innovation practice. As an Innovation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in spearheading groundbreaking projects and initiatives that will shape the future of innovation in Saudi Arabia

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage **innovation consultancy projects**, from ideation to implementation, and witness your ideas come to life.
- Design and facilitate **innovation hackathons and workshops** that ignite creativity and innovation within the participants
- Conduct **market research and analysis** to identify emerging trends and technologies, and stay ahead of the curve.
- Stay up-to-date with **industry best practices** and emerging innovation methodologies

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in innovation or a related field. Master's Degree is Preferable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing innovation
- Passion for innovation
- Proven experience in innovation consultancy projects, where you have made a tangible impact.
- Deep understanding of the innovation process and methodologies, and a passion for pushing boundaries.
- Experience in designing and conducting innovation hackathons and workshops, where you have witnessed the magic of collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex challenges with ease.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey your ideas and inspire others.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments, where innovation knows no bounds.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
