As the Fishing Supervisor for Wellbore Interventions (WBI) services, you will supervise and be accountable for the execution of the operational site activity and for compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
- Monitoring and trouble shoots on Wellbore Construction issues in the district.
- Conducting all activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance and Baker Hughes Core values

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a minimum 10 years of oil & Gas experience in total
- Have prior working experience in Wellbore Interventions (Fishing, Whipstock, Wellbore Cleanup)
- Have experience working offshore & Land Rigs
- Have a minimum of 7+ years of in Fishing, Whipstock HYD Mech & Wellbore cleanup tools)
- Have knowledge of Fishing & WS techniques and drilling/work overring operations
- Have the ability to work and communicate well with others
