**Job Description**:
We are looking for an Administrative Manager for our office in KSA - Riyadh, he / She will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions, he/She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities and providing strategic support to the executive team. His/her main focus will be on managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and handling various administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions, including office operations, facilities management, and supplies procurement.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, processes, and policies to enhance productivity and ensure effective operations.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and information flow.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Monitor and Prepare the Monthly attendance, Allowances and assist the payroll team
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses related to administrative activities.
- Provide support for HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3-5 years in an administrative management role, preferably in the technology industry or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is a plus.
