**Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented**

Quality Manger in Projects shall collaborate closely with project teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives to bringing value in project execution. The primary responsibilities include:

- Plan and conduct project reviews, participate in status meetings, and ensure the implementation of improvement and risk measures.
- Supplier qualification for critical components.
- Support audits effecting the project and ensure implementation of audit corrective measure.
- Tracking, analyzing, and performing Root Cause analysis on site NCRs.
- Communicate lessons learned, and best practices from previous projects.
- Check and / or perform if Customer satisfaction feedback, analyze the results and share the feedback.
- Carry out internal audits based on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with management system and project specifications.
- Provide support to the site team for raising, managing and closing out Non-Conformances in a timely manner.
- Acting as the point of contact for the customer. The QMiP will represent Quality from a site level during meetings and site inspections.
- Handle EHS related topics as required by BU QEHS Manager and customer.

**Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid**
- You should have minimum experience of 5 years.
- Required Educational Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Experience in Project Management processes
- Level 2 (professional) certificate in the field of Occupation Safety and Health is an advantage.
