**Key aspects of the role include**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Develop strategic business plans with dental clinics and hospitals.
- Manage suppliers and ensure excellent bidirectional communication to execute suppliers’ marketing and scientific strategies and inform them of market updates and requirements.
- Stay updated with suppliers’ technical support department and coordinate open tickets.
