**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules, workflows, and business processes based on company requirements.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement new features and functionality within the Odoo framework.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
- Maintain and optimize existing Odoo modules for performance, security, and scalability.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of customizations, configurations, and code changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions that align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with Odoo releases and updates, evaluating their impact and integrating new features as necessary.
- Train and support end-users to ensure they effectively utilize the Odoo system.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with good knowledge of Odoo’s framework and architecture.
- Experience with Odoo modules, such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management and query optimization.
- Experience in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with API integration, including RESTful and SOAP.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Odoo's modules and workflows.
- Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with Odoo's multi-company and multi-currency setups.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
