**Job Duties and Qualifications**:

- Under general supervision, provides on-site supervision of the installation, operation, and retrieval of Multilateral Tools (MLT). This is the first level of MLT field engineer that serves as lead hand; jobholder leads MLT operations on typical wells and serves as the second man on critical jobs. Leverages understanding of principles of Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHA) selection and aspects of MLT tool performance to ensure that BHA&aposs are assembled as planned including correct make-up torque, doping and handling. Maintains daily reports, End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS), service tickets, and all other relevant paperwork. Maintains records of all MLT equipment at well site, and ensures that equipment is laid out after use according to company procedures and manifested for backload at the end of the job. Responsible for company assets on location. Assures that adequate supplies and equipment are present at well site at all times. Facilitates communication between customer and the Solutions team and ensures required data are provided to customers. Requires high school diploma and minimum of one year of experience (e.g., as Field Prof-MLT I).
