**Senior Creative Content Specialist**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team at Nice One. As a creative content expert, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing engaging content strategies that enhance our brand visibility and connect with our audience. Your expertise in content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing will be pivotal to our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, compelling content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research to produce accurate and informative content that caters to our target audience.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive web traffic.
- Analyze content performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new content initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand voice and tone.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in content creation, content strategy, or a related role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret content performance data.
- Experience with graphic design or video production is a plus.
