The Role
REGIONAL HEAD OF QUALITY Salary Up to 60,000 SAR Per Month The right applicant will of held a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Management position handling multiples projects and large teams in the Gulf. At present the business has 9 Live Projects across Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. The business has a track record handling Design & Build projects within Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial & Education Sectors. Our client is seeking a Regional Head of Quality. This person will be based full time in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia. The role will be handling the groups construction projects and trading businesses to support operations. The right applicant will of held a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Management position handling multiples projects and large teams in the Gulf. At present the business has 9 Live Projects across Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. The business has a track record handling Design & Build projects within Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial & Education Sectors. You will be working exceptionally close to the Board to ensure that systems and standards are of the highest level for the group. The smallest project is 100 Million AED the Largest at 770 Million SAR. Have you previously managed multinational teams across projects. The quality department consists of 22 Engineers and supervisors across the region. Can you develop and mentor your department pushing best practice at all times ? Can you hold your own when challenged by clients and consultants in relation to Quality matters. You will have a plethora of quality assurance and control experience. This will be shown by a a strong working knowledge for rules, regulations and working practices within the GCC.

**Requirements**:
**Do you match the following criteria set by the client**: Minimum of 5 Years’ experience within the GCC Degree Qualified is desired but not essential Clear track record within QA/QC Management in a Corporate or Regional Capacity Exceptional communication and client facing skills to present and manage stakeholders Track record working for Building & Interior Fit Out Contractors Clear Auditing & Management of ISO 9001 Established Quality Management Systems previously
