Context:
Missions/Main Duties:

- Lead and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure effective communication between design teams and other project stakeholders.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Profile/Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Design Manager in infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and design processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
