**Business Development Manager Job Profile**:
**BDM duties and responsibilities**

**Core focus**:

- The Business Development Manager will lead the on-ground business development and income generation from the commercial & government sectors.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients and new partnerships
- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
- Follow targets, generating income and work across KSA to manage delivery of commercial benefits.
- The BDM, will also onboard new clients and coordinate projects across MENA region
- Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance existing accounts and acquire new customer accounts.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving approach that utilizes past knowledge and experience to understand customer problems.

- Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Proactive Execution on established plans to prevent post sales issues that shorten time to revenue.
- Maintain involvement on turnkey projects, demonstrations and other related customer projects to meet deadlines and budgets
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

**Skills Required**:

- B2B (Enterprise) Sales / Business Development / Agency New Business / Agency Account Management experience
- Background in Marketing, Communications or B2B Sales
- Able to utilize Sales CRM tools such as Zoho or like program
- Exceptional communication skills
- A strategic and creative mind
- Project Management
- Commercially minded
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Presentable and confident

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing Communication, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing, media sales and/or digital products experience, working closely with advertisers and agencies
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
