Senior Business Analyst

We are now recruiting for a **Senior Business Analyst** for **Saudi Arabia, Riyadh**. This is a unique opportunity to work for a world leader in diabetes care, haemophilia, growth hormone therapy, and obesity.

**The Position**

As a Senior Business Analyst in Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for leading the Business Insights and Intelligence regarding RoI & effectiveness of investments, Closed Loop Analytics, etc with an effort to guide decisions and strategic choices.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for leading the business & customer insights and Intelligence, focusing on commercial effectiveness, sales & activity measurements, closed-loop analytics, etc. with an effort to guide management decisions and strategic choices.
- Developing reports & tools in collaboration with a cross-functional team to measure performance and identify correlation of different activities to performance.
- Define, implement, and provide guidance to the affiliate with regards to business intelligence & Analytics journey not only in regards to technologies but what is more important about actionable business insights to management.
- Serve as the link between Business Units and Technical Teams to stimulate, surface, and shape demand for BI solutions in the short & long term.
- Supervise and run the deployment of user cases in coordination with the cross-functional team and other relevant internal and external partners, also to drive efforts to have a Data-driven mindset organization.

**Qualifications**

We are expecting you to hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business management, or related field and the below skills and knowledge:

- 3 - 6 years of experience in business analysis, marketing, finance, or related areas including a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare space and familiarity with pharmaceutical sales, marketing, medical, and market access functions.
- Additional qualifications in Qlik, Power BI, and other BI tools will be considered a plus.
- Demonstrated track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with an analytical mindset & experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced IT proficiency.

The department consists of experts in Multi-Channel Customer Engagement, Customer Engagement platform, Sales Force Excellence & Business Analytics. As a Commercial Excellence lead, you will play an integral role in collaborating within the team as well as cross-functional stakeholders in Business Units, Market Access, Finance & Operations, and People & Development, allowing to have leading sales force effectiveness and enabling frontline excellence.
