**The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, and ensure a high standard of care and customer service. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in healthcare management. The Clinic Manager will be instrumental in optimizing clinical procedures, managing budgets, and enhancing patient satisfaction.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Clinic Operations Management**
- Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure the clinic is compliant with health regulations and industry standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ensure equipment maintenance.
- **Staff Supervision and Development**
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including healthcare professionals, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage workload distribution.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training opportunities for skill development.
- **Patient Care and Satisfaction**
- Ensure a positive and welcoming patient experience.
- Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and clinic reputation.
- **Financial and Budget Management**
- Oversee the clinic’s budget, monitor expenses, and manage financial resources.
- Assist in pricing services, tracking revenue, and optimizing billing processes.
- Develop financial reports and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
- **Compliance and Safety**
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and maintain clinic safety standards, including infection control and emergency preparedness.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality according to HIPAA and other privacy laws.
- **Reporting and Communication**
- Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external partners.
- Address issues proactively and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼18,000.00 per month
