**PURPOSE**
Sapaad is a modern Product company focused on crafting world class-software experiences. Its flagship product, Sapaad, has seen tremendous success in the last 9 years, with more than 5000+ customers worldwide, and many more signing on.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Product Specialist understands & develops a deep understanding of our products, identifies potential customers, initiates contact, converts and on-boards. The Sales Manager promotes the product to the potential customer through various channels.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acquire, manage, monitor and review Sales accounts.
- Participate on ideas to increase product awareness._Participate in business development by maintaining sales volume, monitoring costs, competition, changing trends, supply and demand._
- Participate in planning for national sales programs by contributing to the development of field sales action plans.
- Carry personal sales target(s) and Management business objectives on a quarterly basis.
- Identify customer needs and provide suggestions that are best suited to their business.
- Deliver weekly business reports.
- Deliver competitive data and make recommendations.
- Deliver DEMOs to customers in multi-location.
**REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY**
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Strong communication skills
- Creating and implementing a sales plan
- Meeting sales goals
- Analyzing sales data
- Presentation skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent telephone skills and articulation
- High availability and ownership - as SaaS product company, our customers are spread across the globe and therefore the job may require presentations and customer interactions outside office hours - our customer experience always comes first.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business administration
- Three to five years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of positive sales performance
- Must be able to deal with semi-technical product information
- Ability to adopt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
**Skills with People**:
- Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
