**Responsibilities and Duties** - Manage relationships with analysts, investors, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing regular updates on the company's financial performance - Coordinate and organize investor events, such as conference calls, investor days, and roadshows - Monitor and analyze market trends as well as the financial and operational performance of our peers, to help identify potential areas of concern and develop strategies to address them - Collaborate with senior management and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Develop and maintain investor presentation materials and other communications, including press releases, disclosures, and investor relations website content Manage the company's shareholder registry and oversee the timely and accurate distribution of annual reports and other materials to shareholders. Have gone through the IR Cycle (General Assembly, Financial Disclosure, Annual Report "Board Report") - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data and trends - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences - A record of developing and executing successful investor relations strategies. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, marketing, and communications. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent English skills - Design thinking and problem-solving skills If you are a creative problem solver with a strong financial background and a passion for delivering innovative solutions, we would love to hear from you.
