**Tasks***: - Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and overall excellence of the design, writing, and production of organization’s technical and training documentation, including data sheets, technical notes, newsletters, articles, presentations, Web content, announcements, etc. -Working closely with writers, management, and technical staff to ensure documentation, project status, articles, and announcements are accurate and consistent. -Convey in writing SAP implementation project status and development of presentation content for management. To management stakeholder support and understanding. -Editing documentation, announcements, articles, white papers, and reports closely for corporate style, grammar, punctuation, accuracy, consistency, organization, audience, and tone. -Producing high-quality writing that represents the organization’s voice, for project start, progress, to finish, appropriate to a specific purpose and audience, using various information-gathering methods, including interviews, independent research, and use of prewritten materials. -Instructional writing for business processes, lean training, and user documentation. Assist in review and edit of developed instruction for virtual, blended, or instructor-led training, and information for online, electronic, and print delivery. -Work with staff to identify requirements, write, and edit Job Descriptions. -Assist in the development, review, or editing of instructional lessons, scripts, story boards, lesson plans, course books, instructor guides, transparencies, posters, charts, slides, training publications, course specifications for SAP ERP training material.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in journalism or other English writing, along with a background in a scientific or technical field. Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in business and/or technical writing. Preference will be given to a qualified Saudi National. -Broad knowledge and experience related to computer systems, knowledge of SAP ERP solutions desired. -Strong writing skills, including experience with documentation and design. Thoroughly proficient in written English. -Team player, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and deliver on commitments.
