**Job Description and Qualifications**

***:
This position will report to “Supply Chain Manager”.
- Purpose:
- Perform all warehouse activities including shipping and receiving of materials and processing SAP transactions, performing goods issue and staging of materials for work orders and projects managing physical inventories and conducting cycle counts.
- Oversee maintenance of store including scanning order entries, re-stocking and expediting of store consumables orders.
- Communicating the inventory status timely with related departments.
- Responsible for planning, designing and managing in scope warehouse/stores.
- Responsible for establishing and implementing of warehouse relates policies and procedures.
- Responsible for training and managing of staff.
- This position is responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of warehouse.
- The incumbent works closely with operation team.

Nature and Scope:
- Will provide day to day on-going material management.
- Will take the charge of warehouse daily management.

**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Safety:

- Provide & maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate leadership with all company & industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries.
- General warehouse responsibilities:
- Build up warehouse and inventory supported by relative instructor before plant startup.
- Receive, package and locate for storage all incoming spare parts, placing on shelves or in drawers, retrieving items for shipping, package and prepare materials for shipment via various means.
- Prepare and maintain shipping records to maintain paper trail of shipments and shipping orders.
- Safely operate plant material handling equipment as required.
- Able to respond 24-7-365 via phone, cell or in person, if necessary.
- Responsible of periodically warehouse counting and submit reports to line manager.
- Manage warehouse safety, housekeeping, acceptance and distribution day to day.
- Responsible for the daily operation of zone store, including cooperate with engineer to prepare and update the material master list, check the inventory level regularly, conduct the order replenishment in order to meet the safety stock level requirement.
- Responsible for the spare parts daily operation, including maintaining BOM information into SAP, material master data maintenance, inventory level management, inventory aging analyzing, prepare and deliver materials according to work order.
- Identify Materials that are ordered, verify that material received matches description and specification that was ordered.
- Prepare and implement of warehouse and materials management process.
- Requisitioning of material and services for projects upon request of project engineers & other staff members, designers, or construction manager.

Communicate when all material is available and the job is ready to be worked on:
- Notify the Maintenance Planner when all the Materials have arrived & delivered to the staging area or job site. Furnish copies of all Bill of Materials and attach to work orders.

Deliver materials to the staging area and return unused parts to warehouse:
- Deliver all staged Materials to the staging areas according to the weekly schedule.
- Manage the storage of Materials in all staging areas. Segregate partial and completed orders, and clearly identify with Job number.
- Identify all unused material in the staging areas on completed jobs and assure material is returned to the warehouse.
- Keep the staging areas presentable from safety and housekeeping stand-point
- For major efforts, i.e. turnarounds, coordinate with Materials Management a designated area for storage of shutdown materials.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 8 years of warehouse work related experience.
- Bachelor Degree (In Business, Engineering, Technical disciplines).
- Must have an experience in managing warehouse activities during major shutdowns, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts.
- Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing).
- Knowledge in SAP (ERP System).
