Medina, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Oversees operation of all telephone switchboards in the Hospital during assigned shift.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Monitors PBX operators on shift to ensure that switchboards are continually manned.

2. Recommends changes in techniques or procedures to Supervisor to improve performance and service.

3. Observes employees performing duties and monitors their calls to ensure smooth operation and to determine deficiencies and training needs.

4. Assists with on the job training and orientation of new employees.

5. Ensures implementation of any changes in Hospital policy or procedures relating to switchboards.

6. Assists in the Preparation of employee performance evaluations.

7. Reports telephone malfunction problems to appropriate personnel.

8. Assumes PBX Operator duties as required.

9. Assumes responsibilities of Supervisor in his/her absence Guides other BBX personnel if needed.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
No experience with Bachelor’s, or one (1) year of related experience with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National Only.
