Sauce Boss is a Western-style fast food restaurant located on the 4th floor of the Safiyyah Museum in Madinah. We are expanding our kitchen team and looking for hardworking, reliable, and skilled **Kitchen Workers/Chefs** who can support daily operations and maintain the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Sauce Boss standards
- Maintain high levels of **cleanliness**, hygiene, and organisation in the kitchen
- Assist with **food prep** including cutting vegetables, marinating, portioning, etc.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryer, oven, slicers, etc.)
- Follow strict **food safety and hygiene** protocols at all times
- Support team members during busy hours and communicate effectively
- Keep storage areas organised and ensure all food items are labelled correctly
- Report any equipment issues to the supervisor immediately
- Ensure consistent portion sizes and high food quality with every order

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or fast-food restaurant (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- **Iqama transfer is mandatory**
