**Job Description: Sales Engineer KSA Based (Interior Fit-Out / Architecture)**

**1. Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or any related field
- Fluent in English, & Arabic/Hindi
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry in KSA
- Meeting sales target, profit and order backlog
- Technical & Commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, result
- oriented and able to work independently

- Organizing and managing ability
- Service oriented and efficient working manner

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the same field in KSA
- Driving License

**4. Task description**
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, architects and key stakeholders with extensive follow up
- Product Knowledge on raised access floor, ceiling, partition, dry construction
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored fit -out solutions
- Stay up to date on industry trends, construction methods, and materials relevant to projects
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing company capabilities
- Ensure proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any technical concerns
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and project details
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
- Develop and maintain connection with Architects/Consultants/Stakeholders to specify Lindner products
- Willingness to Travel locally/Internationally
