The Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sushi Chef de Partie
- Expert level of knife skills and eye for detail
- High level of experience working in busy sushi sections
- Easily able to switch between work on maki/sushi/sashimi/nigiri sections
- Eye for detail and ability to create premium sushi platters
- The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow
- An engaged and collaborative team player
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, is flexible and agile
- Consistently performs at ones best
