As a Senior BI Developer, you will design and develop robust BI solutions, support end-users, and continuously enhance business intelligence tools to drive data-driven decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **BI Development**: Design, develop, and implement BI reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- **Data Integration**: Integrate and transform data from various sources into seamless BI solutions.
- **Performance Tuning**: Optimize the performance of BI tools, ensuring scalability and usability.
- **User Support**: Provide troubleshooting and support for BI users to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of BI solutions, processes, and enhancements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance and improve BI solutions to meet evolving business needs.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 8+ years of experience in BI development, including report and dashboard creation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design efficient BI solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and provide training.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in BI tools (e.g., Tableau Certified Professional, Power BI Certification).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
