A- Responsibilities:

B- Requirements:
1- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CAIA) is a plus.

2- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a related role, with a focus on real estate investments. Experience in financial modeling, market research, and due diligence is essential.

3- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to gather and interpret complex financial and market data. Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, ARGUS) and data analysis tools is required.

4- Real estate industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, investment strategies, regulations, and financial metrics. Familiarity with different types of real estate assets (residential, commercial, industrial) is desired.

5- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present complex information and insights to stakeholders and executives. Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor communication to various audiences.
