**Key Responsibilities**: As a Sales Manager at AGQ Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our reach in the agricultural sector. Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities
- Developing and nurturing relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborating with the technical team to understand and present our services.
- Creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Staying Informed on Industry Trends
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in fields such as Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, or a related discipline can be a good starting point.
- Additional master’s Degree in Sales/BA preferred.
- A strong backbone and the ability to persevere in a competitive environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- A strong understanding of the agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
