**Responsibilities**: Assess & report the work activities external roads, tunnels & bridges & utilities construction,

Assess, evaluate, and report the contractor’s performance and resources,

Assist in traffic diversions coordination with government authorities and utility stakeholders,

Review the roads, tunnels & bridges & utilities designs and oversight / monitor as per the project requirements on site,

Review the contractor’s work programme, resource, schedule, and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame,

Ensure all works, undertaken by the contractor and/or his agent, are of good quality, as per specifications and with approved quality materials,

Provide clear written and verbal instructions to the contractor or contractor’s representative(s) on site, and effectively and quickly resolve any project-related problems or issues causing delay,

Be able to prepare the drafts for contractual correspondence, interpret the contract conditions and specifications, monitor the progress of work, be able to prepare work plans, minutes of meetings, etc.

EducationBachelor’s degree / Qualification in civil or transportation engineering, and construction management or similar is required.

Project management certificate is a plus

Skills & Work experience
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in coordination and construction of Infrastructure utilities - roads & bridges & tunnels, at least 5 years in MENA region.

Excellent written verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English

International Project Experience is preferred,

Experience in coordination with Government Authorities preferable,

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office,
