**Foodics Human Resources Internship Program**

Are you Interested in learning more about Human Resources? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting? Foodics is looking for an intern to join our fantastic HR team

**What Will You Do❓**
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner to ensure work continuity.
- Onboard employees into the HR system and create an employee folder
- Dealing with employee procedures in government sites (Qiwa - GOSI - Muqem - Mudad - HRDF).
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Follow up with the new employees and ensure they have access to necessary resources and tech.
- Be responsible for providing and preparing new hires with well prepared onboarding kits dependent on role and department before their first day
- Gather and file new hire paperwork, including contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and all the necessary documents.
- Follow up with new hires to gather feedback and work on any improvements to their first weeks and months
- Manage the addition of Medical Insurance and new employee accounts creation
- Follow up on employee probation period.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor law regulations
- Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.

**What Are We Looking For❓**
- Fresh graduates with minimum Bachelor degree in HR or any similar major.
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to details.
- A positive attitude.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as a high attention to detail
- An open and welcoming personality, you’re someone upbeat and positive to be around.
- A mindset of ‘employees are our customers’ is highly needed.
- Bilingual is a must - English and Arabic
