**Eligibility Criteria: Tamheer Program for Social Media Specialist**:

- Saudi nationality.
- Recent graduate or job seeker with less than six months of prior work experience.
- Registered in the Tamheer Program through the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- No previous participation in Tamheer.
