Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead and oversee the development of transformative entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia. In this visionary role, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with our ambitious goals and standards of excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all phases of project delivery.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding milestones, budget adherence, and potential risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental agencies, community leaders, and investors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within project teams, promoting best practices and lessons learned.
- Manage disputes, issues, and conflicts, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining project momentum.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least a minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
