**Description**

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manager Implementation - Mobile Network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of mobile network projects within our telecommunications company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organization and make a significant impact on our mobile network infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute mobile network implementation projects
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials
- Supervise and mentor a team of implementation specialists to ensure successful project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in mobile network infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with mobile network technologies, protocols, and standards
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to travel as required for project implementation

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
