Transformation Project Manager

You will support in transforming client operations, implementing programme and project management best practices, and bring a broad range of capabilities and insights that enhance the effectiveness of their transformation programs.

You will have experience to Banking and Financial Services related projects, digital solutions & processes, and a holistic awareness of innovative digital solutions available in the market for the industry.

As a **Transformation** **Project Manager,** you will be directly involved first in **identifying, defining, and implementing programme and project management best practices, deploy a fit-for-purpose project management framework and toolkit** and ensure that the client’s workforce is ready to support the implementation of the transformation, acting as a **Project Management Practice SME (Subject Matter Expert)**. You will then support in **defining, managing, and delivering large scale transformation programs and projects**. You will work alongside clients to define, develop, and execute programs that transform their business through efficient programme and project management practices. Key to many of our transformation engagements is the identification, evaluation, and deployment of the right project management strategy, processes, and technology to support our clients’ business objectives.

Renoir is looking for individuals **experienced in defining and implementing Transformation Management Offices (TMO) / Project Management Offices (PMO)** and in managing **large scale client engagements with C-level stakeholders** and/or Transformation Management Offices (TMO) / Project Management Offices (PMO), to guide our clients through sizeable transformations, combining change management techniques and the latest technology solutions.

**You will**:

- Act as the Project Management SME for our clients.
- Implement programme and project management best practices, frameworks, toolbox to ensure successful project implementation.
- Setup, if required, efficient Transformation Management Offices (TMO) / Project Management Offices (PMO), their processes and structures.
- Be responsible for the management and delivery of business and digital transformations often combining process improvement, digital solutions and change management.
- Have the unique opportunity to influence the future of our clients’ business operations.
- Analyse current systems, processes, behaviours, technology, and work with multiple levels of our client’s management teams to effect improvements.
- Provide technical advice, collaborating with clients and partners to provide business or digital solutions that transform business.
- Drive communication to effectively provide updates to senior stakeholders of key issues and blockers that may impact objective attainment or critical program and project completion.
- Own high level client relationships and C level stakeholder management and communications.

**You should have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, systems engineering, or related disciplines.
- Practitioner Certification of Prince2, PMP and/or Agile.
- 8+ years of work experience in **programme and project management implementation**.
- 7+ years of work experience in **consulting** and **digital services/operations**.
- A proven experience in deploying and running TMO / PMO functions and running technology enabled business transformations.
- Affinity with problems on the intersection of organizational design, process, people, and technology.
- Strong analytical, data and process background.
- Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom into detail.
- An empowerment and enablement mindset building a support function and pillar to enable our client success.
- Powerful sense of prioritization and ability to execute on deliverables.
- Ability to work with all levels in the organization to initiate and drive change.
- Experience of emerging technologies and large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and ideally Arabic.
