**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a QHSE Manager to join us at the Rotork site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be at the heart of a successful and change focused business.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality, health, safety and environmental matters for the Dammam plant implementing Rotork strategy with regard to all of these areas and driving continuous improvement to ensure the achievement of Rotork’s business goals.

You will also work as part of the Rotork global QHSE teams and therefore will have the opportunity to contribute to regional and global projects and activities.

This is a key role within our Dammam team and would suit an individual who enjoys a varied workload and has a passion for driving improvement.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a QHSE role
- NEBOSH Certificate in OH&S
- Minimum technical education Diploma, or HNC/HND/Degree in an engineering discipline.
- Comprehensive understanding of QHSE standards and their implementation in an engineering / manufacturing organization
- Knowledge of Pressure and/or Hazardous Area environments and their regulatory quality requirements
- Strong communicator and able to motivate and influence people at all levels
- Has the Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Has excellent planning and organisational skills
- Passionate about driving CI with regard to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters
