We are looking for an **Affiliate Tracking Manager** to join our talented team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for tracking performance for all affiliate program for all publishers, sources and networks
- Run and present required data analysis of affiliates performance to requestees in marketing department
- Create all tracking links, coupons and requirements for all affiliates publishers, sources and networks
- Initiate link and tracker testing of all affiliates in alignment with relevant stakeholders
- Responsible for all affiliate Data Repository
- Set up automation on reports especially when on leave

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of tracking affiliate performance in terms of sales, commission and financials
- Experience with affiliate management & tracking tools (PHG, Cake, Hasoffers, etc.)
- Grounded experience in URL tracking, App Tracking, Adjust Trackers, UTM Building & Tracking
- Ability to fully utilize DV tools such as (Tableau, D3.Js, Datawrapper,etc.)
- Preferred: Experience in Machine Learning in Python or R, Advanced Modeling
- SQL is a must
- High Caliber team player with ability to relay and align on his role’s requisites and outputs with other departments such as data engineers, developers, marketing and ops teams in business
- Avid reader of data publications
- Degree in qualitative study & research
