Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
- Reviewing, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with KSA Accounting Standards and in depth knowledge Govt regulations
- TAX LAW, ZAKAT&KSA Labour Law.
- Bringing to the attention of management any abnormality in the accounting records
- Preparing monthly payroll
- Assisting in the compilation and control of the company’s budget
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Ensuring appropriate financial control in compliance with internal policies and procedures and local regulations
- Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system, and the use of UG financial management software
- Cooperating with internal and external auditors to carry out regular audits
- Supervising the day‐to‐day operation of the accounting team and assisting them by way of query resolution
- Identifying talented team-members and training them in specialized areas as SMEs
- To assist the Finance Manager in his major tasks and assignments; planning and preparation

Other related duties assigned by the Company from time to time

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CMA/CPA certificate is a plus

Minimum Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a similar position in KSA preferably in Al Khobar.

Job-Specific Skills: Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) along with accounting software
- Awareness of KSA Accounting Standards, Commercial law and Govt. regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferable /an advantage
- Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner

Professional Qualities Required: Self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with mínimal supervision
