Job Title: Research Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
- Support the execution of end-to-end market research projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (fieldwork, data processing, analytics) and external vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards

Client Engagement
- Assist in preparing client presentations and reports
- Respond to client queries and provide regular project updates
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering valuable insights

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse quantitative data to identify trends and patterns
- Interpret research findings and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Develop presentations and reports that effectively communicate research outcomes

Research Design & Execution
- Support the design of research methodologies (e.g., surveys)
- Assist in questionnaire development and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Market & Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years in market research or related fields (including internships)
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative analysis capabilities
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, PowerPoint, survey platforms)
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
