Public Relations Officer

**DUTIES **AND** **RESPONSIBILITIE**
- Visit the government authorities and clients' sites;
- Manage and supervise all tasks related to immigration for the company and its clients;
- Manage and supervise all tasks related to government relations for the company and its clients;
- Build knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes;
- Monitor and keep aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation;
- Assign and monitor the fluid execution of operational tasks by the GRO team members;
- Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests;
- Provide reports to the Immigration Lead;
- Research and provide consultations with CRM & Client about new regulations;
- Prepare and submit PR reports;
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties;
- Manage PR issues;
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies;
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management;
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies;
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.);
- Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson;

**QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years diploma or higher qualification from any Industrial Training Institution; reputable college or university;
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in public relations related with design firms.
**PHYSICAL AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be in good health, physically fit & active;
- Must have positive attitude, very dynamic, highly motivated and hardworking;
- Strong communication ability (oral and written);
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role;
- Proficient in MS Office and social media;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude;
- BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field;
- Must be flexible and have ability to work under pressure to meet the demands of company;
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;
- Must be able to develop and promote relationships with key personnel and retain good relationships with clients and contractors/subcontractors;
- Must have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment at all levels of the organization.
