LAND is an international consulting company for sustainable landscape strategies. With offices in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Canada, it implements forward-looking projects under a holistic approach in Europe, Canada and the Middle East.

Andreas Kipar and a team of around 150 professionals from landscape architecture, architecture, urbanism, agronomy, engineering and science have been supporting regions, cities and communities in their processes of transformation and regeneration for over 30 years.

**Team Leader - Urban Landscape Architecture Saudi Arabia**

**Responsabilities**:

- You communicate the vision and mission of LAND and strengthen our brand.
- You will manage and advice local clients and authorities to support them in the realisation of their requests.
- You bear overall entrepreneurial responsibility for costs, performance, results and quality.
- You lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- You set goals and objectives for the team and monitoring their progress.
- You assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- You plan and organize work schedules and resources to ensure efficient operations.
- You develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.

**What we expect from you**:

- You are a registered landscape architect, architect or engineer with focus on landscape architecture
- You have 10+ years of proven experience at a senior level at all stages of major and/or complex projects from proposal preparation to final completion and closeout of projects.
- You have excellent experience with multiple projects, especially in leading, producing and coordinating the process and documentation for municipalities and authorities
- You think entrepreneurially and are open to development and design.
- You are highly motivated and have the ability to work independently, in a structured manner and to make decisions quickly.
- Proficient understanding of technical software (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Autodesk Revit)
- Distinct networking skills, above-average commitment and high resilience.
- Fluency and comprehension in English language. Desirable: Fluency and comprehension in Arabic language.
