**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Join us as a Partner Business Manager, leading our efforts in the Saudi Arabian market and overseeing a dynamic team across the SEEMEA region. In this role, you'll cultivate strong, inclusive relationships with our nominated Partners, seeking not only to meet quarterly revenue targets but also to strategize and build a sustainable pipeline for the long term.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement an inclusive Channel Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the region, focusing on incremental channel-sourced growth.
- Implement key metrics and cadence for your team, ensuring role clarity and efficient execution for growth.
- Lead and mentor your team, emphasizing development plans and work-life balance.
- Be a great partner with stakeholders in the region, collaborating closely with the EMEA channel function and aligning with the sales strategy.
- Drive 20%+ growth by identifying committed partners for Commvault's Information Data Services platform.
- Secure agreement with EMEA and sales leaders for the execution of 'big bet' plans.
- Supervise and drive operational control monthly to ensure plan execution.
- Redefine sales plays to focus on solving customer problems rather than technology-based sales.
- Work towards subscription-based resell motions and utility sales in collaboration with key partners and distributors.
- Develop a pipeline for regular and predictable income, exceeding target goals for balanced growth.
- Provide hands-on mentor through regular reviews, appraisals, and joint meetings.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in regional channel leadership within a leading ICT organization.
- Proven track record of managing partners across multiple countries in a matrix environment.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Energetic individual with the ability to encourage and lead staff, achieving targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, competitors, and marketplace dynamics.
