**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Coordination**: Assist in the planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels.
- **Content Management**: Create, curate, and manage content for marketing materials, social media, newsletters, and the company website.
- **Event Planning**: Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
- **Analytics**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including metrics such as engagement, leads, and ROI.
- **Team Support**: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing marketing budgets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
