You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of quality assurance processes in the steel industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and findings.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and participate in internal and external audits.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control and assurance processes.
- Continuously improve quality processes and systems to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 04 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using quality measurement tools and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues promptly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with steel manufacturing processes and standards is highly preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Quality Assurance or related fields (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma).
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and equipment.
- Proficiency in quality software tools and systems.
