**Project Planning and Management**:

- Take a leadership role in project planning and development within the Sustainability and Strategic Planning department.
- Effectively structure and manage projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals

**Department Collaboration**
- Lead departmental meetings to stay informed and actively contribute to strategic discussions.
- Foster effective communication with other departments, facilitating the alignment of goals and plans.

**Feedback Collection**
- Oversee the gathering of surveys and feedback related to sustainability practices and Strategic Planning KPIs.

**Event Management**
- Spearhead the management of various events related to sustainability and Strategic Planning, including awareness and social activities.

**Guideline Adherence**
- Ensure strict adherence to guidelines for the implementation of sustainable practices on campus.

**Stakeholder Management**
- Take a leadership role in managing relationships with stakeholders involved in sustainability initiatives.

**Project Documentation**
- Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reference and analysis.

**Faculty Engagement**
- Take a lead role in bridging the gap between faculty and fostering understanding of sustainability concepts.

**Performance Measurement**
- Oversee the measurement of project performance, employing appropriate methods, systems, and tools.

**Data Reporting**
- Lead the editing and reporting of data to various regional/global organizations.
- Direct the preparation of reports summarizing sustainability and Strategic Planning activities.

**Third-Party Relationships**
- Take the lead in establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties involved in sustainability efforts.

**Data Validation**
- Direct and conduct regular audits to validate data sources, ensuring consistency and reliability.
